There is a block of rooms reserved at Heliconia House hotel at discounted rates for all participants. The hotel is on the KMUTT campus and is located within a 5 min walk from the workshop venue. Upon your request, the workshop organizers can help reserve a double-bed rooms at a cost of either 1,200 THB (breakfast included) or 1,050 THB (without breakfast), to be paid by attendees. Students of the workshop are responsible for payment of the hotel bill. Please be aware that there is limited availability and that the rooms are first come first serve. There are additional, off-campus hotel choices within 10 km from KMUTT. Some of the recommended hotels are Thongtara Riverview Hotel (tongtarahotel.com), Montien Riverside Hotel (montienhotel-riverside.com) and Ramada Plaza Bangkok Menam. The attendees who choose to stay off campus, will have to make their own reservation at the hotel of their choice. Taxi is the best transportation option between the off-campus hotels and KMUTT.
