Some of the paintings on carved wooden doors in the temple were painted by King Rama II, who was talented in art.\u00a0 Another highlight of this temple is the red Giant Swing or Sao Ching Cha (in Thai) situated in the front of the temple. The swing was made from teak at the end of the 18<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> century for Brahmanic ceremony back in the old days.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><i>Location:<\/i><\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thanon Bamrung Muang in the old city, about 1 kilometer East of the Grand Palace.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><i>Operating hours:<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 9:00 am \u2013 16:00 pm<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><i>Admission fee for foreigners:<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 20 Baht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><i>Important note:<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Make sure you wear appropriate clothing. Pants or dress\/skirt must extend knee length. Top has to fully cover shoulders. No bare foot.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><i>How to get there from KMUTT:<\/i><\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The best way to get there from KMUTT is to take Uber or Taxi. <\/span> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By bus:<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> You can take no.21 in front of the university and get off at Chareonkrung Merry King Mall. Then, walk along Maha Chai Road. Turn left onto Charoenkrung road. Continue walking until you reach SiriPong Road.
