Chatuchak weekend market is one of the MUST-SEE places in Bangkok. It is an excellent place to wander around, do some shopping and try Thai street food. Goods for sale available in the market include traditional Thai clothing, modern outfits, Thai art, antique Thai decorations, furniture, books and textbooks, jewelry, pets, plants, food and so much more. Thing to keep in mind is that the market is only open on weekends, although the plant section also available on Wednesday.

How to get there from KMUTT: The easiest and cheapest way to reach the market is to use the sky train. From Saphan Taksin BTS station, take the sky train and exit at Mo Chit station and walk a couple of minutes, just follow the crowds.
